Gaye and her husband, Cecil moved from the Greater Baton Rouge area to Lake Rosemound in 1984. Gaye’s love for the outdoors and family was what led her to West Feliciana Parish. They remain full time residents of Lake Rosemound where they raised two sons, Bobby Joe and Dustin. Having both sons and their families live in the parish has only strengthened Gaye’s desire to help other families find the right home. Gaye’s love and passion for the parish, comes from how great the Parish has been to her family.
Early in her career, Gaye learned the ins and outs of business and more importantly people when she and husband, Cecil, bought and ran Lake Rosemound Country Store. The experience led Gaye to begin what has become an extremely successful Real Estate career that began in 1993.

Gaye not only is a successful small business owner in St. Francisville but has also become an integral member of the community. Having lived in and raised a family in West Feliciana, Tammy is a true local girl. She has first hand knowledge of how great it is to not only live in Louisiana but to call St. Francisville home.

Owen Couhig Kemp grew up in the Feliciana’s and graduated from West Feliciana High School. Owen has resided in downtown St. Francisville with her two sons since 1990. While her oldest son, Michael, has moved back to the United States (He and his wife, Callie, live in Austin); her younger son, Reese, lives minutes away with his expectant wife, Erin and daughter Marcelle.
Various careers, including running an urban forestry program in Louisiana and heading the family business, Couhig Termite & Pest Control in Baton Rouge have taught Owen great negotiation skills and professionalism. Owen’s love for the community can be easily felt when you are in a room with her. Owen not only is a member of Landry Team Real Estate but also teaches yoga in town and is an active citizen of St. Francisville.
Owen considers herself incredibly lucky to be able to have her granddaughter, Marcelle, be within walking distance of her home. In her extensive travels, she has realized that the quality of life a family is able to have in St. Francisville and the West Feliciana Parish is incomparable.

Glenn Thomas and wife, Eleanor moved to West Feliciana Parish in 2000 following Glenn’s retirement from Chevron Oil Company where he had a 38 years career in Marketing and Finance. Glenn is a native of Woodville, Mississippi having graduated from Woodville High School and Mississippi State University. Glenn received a real estate license in Louisiana in the fall of 2004 and worked in residential sales for 3 years. In 2007, he moved into commercial sales and leasing as well as sales of recreational land in Louisiana and Mississippi.He has completed advanced training in both commercial and land real estate investments.He is currently an active member of the St. Francisville Rotary Club and Greater St. Francisville Chamber of Commerce. Also, he currently serves or has served in the past on the following non-profit boards: Child Advocacy Services servicing the 20th, 21st, and 23rd judicial districts; Feliciana Forestry Association; Grace Episcopal Church of St. Francisville; West Feliciana Gas Utility,; National Wild Turkey Federation’s Louisiana State Chapter.
Glenn is a Grandfather of 14 and Great-Grandfather of 4.
Soraya is a native Texan transplanted to the Pelican State when she fell in love with one of St. Francisville’s own. Having moved to Louisiana three years ago, she lived in New Orleans and worked for the Orleans Parish Public Defenders office as a Paralegal, Volunteer coordinator and Interpreter. For three years prior she worked for KIPP Houston Charter Schools where she was not only an administrator but a teacher as well as a alumni. Being a bilingual staff member put her in the position to earn and establish important relationships within theprimarily Spanish Speaking community. The importance of community and doing good work are things that Soraya has always prioritized.
She is known for her outstanding work ethic, sense of community, honesty and compassion. Soraya is a member of St.Francisville’s Women Service League and a Rotarian. She graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Babson College located in Wellesley Massachusetts.
